Pilates On The Move

Pilates
is an exercise system designed to coordinate
the body, mind, and spirit. Our programs
develop the body uniformly, correct wrong
postures, restore physical vitality, and
teach you to gain complete control of your
body and muscular system.
Since its inception at Fitness On The Move
several years ago, the program has been
welcomed with tremendous support and growth.
As a result,
Pilates On The Move® was
created and this larger studio is just
minutes from our main club. The new studio

PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
Equipment Training
Private sessions:
A one-on-one workout with a certified
trainer tailored to your specific needs and
fitness level.
Semi-private:
A workout designed for two to three people
training simultaneously. Sessions are more
self-directed and therefore require previous
pilates experience.
All pilates sessions, private or
semi-private, are 45 to 50 minutes in length
and are available by appointment only.
Mat Training
Classes:
A workout designed to maximize your results
when combined with a home program or private
session(s). There is a maximum of 8
participants per class. Class schedule is
updated every 6 weeks.
